They made a fabulous Paw Patrol cake for my daughter's birthday. It looked adorable and tasted fantastic. I highly recommend their strawberry cake with strawberry frosting. No one could stop eating it - kids and adults alike. I only wish they were open in the evenings so we could stop by for cupcakes after dinner.

I ordered a special cake for 2 of my sisters that had a birthday in October with a Halloween theme. Lisa was so helpful and creative. The cake was outstanding and a hit! Thank you Lisa!

Ordered a custom cake for my mother in laws birthday. They told us to pick up the cake between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on 10/08 (which is her birthday). We went to pick it (arrived at 5:15) up before our 6:00 dinner reservation. No one was there and the place was closed. We had not been contacted by them in anyway to let us know of any change in plans. Needless to say I had to arrive at my mother in laws birthday party without a birthday cake that we had already purchaced. I called the next day and explained my frustrations being very professional and polite. They apologized and offered me a refund. They could not do the refund over the phone so they asked me to come in. So I explained that I have a very busy schedule and would come by when I had the chance. Verified the store hours. And now it is Monday the 12th and they are supposed to be open 8am to 6pm. I am currently sitting outside of the store at 2:32pm and have been for 5he last half hour. The doors are locked and the lights are off. Again they are closed when they are supposed to be open. From what I've read there product is amazing, but from my experience plan on picking up whatever you order long before you need it because there is no consistent hours of operation.
