Eagle Eye Home Inspections

Left a mess in my home in numerous areas. Recommended ‘code’ improvements that were not code and did not reference code nor provide references. Recommended replacing new/warrantied work that would decrease quality/reliability directly in opposition to 4 separate high quality local contractors and insurance inspector. Could not identify current home heater setups (no pilot light as they are controlled by the thermostat) and declared gas was not on even when gas was on, heater had a pilot light, produced hot water AND gas company (centerpoint) certified and pressure tested system before and after they left. Basically very substandard compared to other inspections and not professional at all. Do not waste your money.

Great home inspection service. Very professional and corteous and also very thorough through out the entire inspection process. I needed a quick home inspection for a home that I am selling and I called Jeff on a Monday and he promptly came the following day to inspect my home. Offers great military/veteran discount which I of course took advantage of. I will definitely be contacting him for my next new home inspection.
