        Had a service scheduled and the day before a technician called to tell me they would not be out to do a positive COVID from an employee. The technician then told me to go some places else for service. I called and left a message for someone in the office to contact me and a week later still no phone call from the office. My assumption is the whole business closed down but this was a horrible way to communicate that with a (would be) new customer. 😡 Disappointed because Nicole in the office always sounded so pleasant and helpful. Too bad she was not the one to pass on the bad news.
