Overcharged me $200 for an ear infection. Tried to go back because I loved the doctor on staff, and they tried to overcharge me again. Will not be going back.

I like Dr. Katrina Zalavarria. However, I can't stand the ladies at the front desk. They're rude and very unfriendly. Just giving them my updated insurance card the other day was unpleasant.

Ive been seeing Katrina Zalavarria, FNP-C for my primary care needs. She is very attentive, professional and knowledgeable in addressing any of my health concerns . She responds promptly to all my messages. I have nothing but good words to say about her and Carissa, her MA. So it came as a surprise to find out that today is their last day and this location is closed for business. It will be hard to look for another clinic that is a close drive from my house as well as find a family care practitioner as pleasant and compassionate like Ms. Zalavarria.

I scheduled a 4 pm telephone doctor visit yesterday for my husband. The doctor never called. When I called today, the phone clerk told me the dr called twice & left a voice mail. When I explained that we literally watched the phone for hours & it never rang, she basically called me a liar. I have never experienced such a rude person in the healthcare industry. We have been patients of the NP for 18 months and she provides great care but these desk people really make it a difficult experience. And don't bother calling the office manager, she's 'conveniently' out of the office and no one knows what days she comes into the office.

I have relied on this group and found the doctors to be first class. Dr. Mishra was my doctor for years. She and her nurse Marta were always first rate. When Dr. Mishra became a member of the Herman Memorial Hospital, she was replaced by Dr. Kim Tram and a new nurse Violet. Dr. Tram has been very proactive and effective at treating my medical needs. I am a person who has been in contact with several doctors. After having 22 surgeries you get a strong sense of doctors and there staff. The doctors that I have worked with here are excellent. The nurse, Marta, is also proactive and excellent. Recent change in the front desk has found some good people. There is a problem with the access through the front door for handicapped people. This is a problem for several of my doctors buildings. The front staff is helping customers cope with these challenges.
