UTMB Health Medical and Surgical Specialties - Friendswood

I just wanted to let someone know that I have had horrible experiences at the Friendswood UTMB location. I have been there two times, and both times Carolina at the front desk was very rude. I also tried to get a hold of a nurse several days in a row and no one would return my phone calls. When I would call to come in and get my lab results, Carolina told me that I had to speak to a nurse first before coming in, yet a nurse would not return my phone calls. So, I just showed up at the office and I was able to get my lab results right then and there. So why would she tell me that I needed to speak to a nurse, if I really didn't? Also, when I did go in to get blood drawn, the lab tech ran the wrong test on my blood, after I clearly told her which test I needed done, causing me to come in and get it redrawn. Not to mention that no one called me to inform me of this, I had to call to see if my results were in to even find this information out. I will not be returning to any UTMB location for all of these reasons.
