Needed to make a return for a Christmas gift I received. I arrived before the store is supposed to open at 11AM because I had lots of things to get done, the lady working this morning was in no hurry and when she did open the gate several minutes after the open time, she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed when she saw I had a return and proceeded to say its not a cash return is it... I don't have any cash yet. It was going to be a cash return, but the only option I was given was to refund on debit card.
The whole thing was weird and unprofessional.
I have no idea about the quality of the clothes and don't think I ever will because if that's the customer service experience, not worth it!
Don't recommend.

The managers at this store are very unprofessional, created a hostile working environment, and used their position of authority to antagonize and intimidate the young girls that were there! I have contacted their corporate office and I am seeking legal action.

Manager was very rude. I witnessed her speak down to an employee of color. I will not be going back there and will let all my friends know not to shop there. It use to be a nice store whatever happen to management. Please change ASAP
