        Terrible! I'd give half a star if I could. I had to tell the lady to please end her phonecall to India to tend to me properly. Then she didn't listen & then admitted to not being able to speak English. Avoid this place people. As a visitor to the USA, I'm very disappointed to say that the customer service (that you were known worldwide for) is at an all time low.
