To start off, if I could have given 0 stars, I would have. I came in yesterday, May 23rd, 2023, and no one was behind the register or ice cream stand and I had to wait a full 10 MINUTES, and then I had to ask the ice cream cone worker where the ice cream server was and she said a little while and I waited another 15 MINUTES for the lady to serve me ice cream. Also, I don't know if they had problems with the internet, but an AT&T worker stood next to me for so long, too. Speak of unprofessionalism and them when I confronted her about it politely and told her she should hurry next time because we all stood their for 30 minutes. She ended up scoffing and glaring at me like she was right. She then started speaking her native language and then when I left my friend told me SHE STARTED CURSING AND AT ME AND SAYING MANT EXPLICT THINGS THAT WERE NOT ONLY HURTFUL BUT ALSO RACIST. SHE SAID SO MANY RACIST THINGS TO ME. I then found her name and it is Samia I think and if you see her just leave the store and don't take to her. Hopefully next time Marble Slab hires employees with higher Integrity and I will take those racist remarks up to corporate unless I see some change.... idk maybe they could start by firing her.

My 8 year old daughter bought a gift card from here in December and we were charged tax! The lady stated whoever uses the gift card wouldn't be charged tax then. Red flag that I ignored. Well the recipient went to use their gift card today and they were told it was expired! Since when do gift cards expire? And not even 6 months later? What a terrible way to run your business!

We got two regular cups of ice cream with NO toppings.$17 even?! Are you kidding me. $17 for two scoops of ice cream and she didnt even bother to ring it up on the register? A little sketchy if you ask me. This place needs to be under some type of review. That is straight up robbery.

i should have read the reviews. I specifically asked for two small cups. I didnt know the sizes and then she charged me for regular. I got three ice creams and was not pleased paying $25 when I specifically said small and she made me regular and charged regular. Worst of all the ice cream tasted like the water they keep the ice cream scooper with.
