Bob Price Chevrolet Buick GMC

I was not impressed with them I took my vehicle there back on December 29th 2021 and it took them almost 2 months just to get a diagnosis and they would never call me to give me any updates I was constantly having to call just to get some info about my car. Also once they finally figured out what was wrong with it we decided it was better to get a brand new motor put in instead and I was told it would be ready a certain day and nothing they probably changed the ready date about 3 times in 1 wk. I had asked to to please call me to find out exactly or atleast a more close date of when it would be ready and they said they would jave someone call me the next day and that never happened. B was suppose to be the one in charge of my vehicle and the one calling me with updates but he wasn't and everytime I called to speak with him they would come up with something so that I wouldn't be able to talk to him. I kept telling them we had the money for ut all cash but I felt like they didn't believe my husband and I had that kind of cash so they kept making excuses as to why it wasn't ready so it took them about 2 days just to clean it and when they finally saw the cash in hand they couldn't believe it. I was unhappy the way the situation was handled and the way I got my car back because I inspected it and found some things I wasn't happy about...

I enjoy coming here. I believe they are honest and not trying to rip people off or constantly upsell them
