I ordered a pearl snap shirt on sale. The website showed it was available in my size despite being a sale item. I threw in a $10 tee shirt as well. The order went through on PayPal. I got confirmation from Schaefer of the order. Hours later I got notification of a refund from PayPal, but nothing from Schaefer. End of that is I paid almost $18 for a tee shirt I didnt really need. I sent three email inquires to Schaefer before posting this, but heard nothing back. All I wanted was an explanation or apology. This seems like a classic bait and switch. There are plenty of other places to buy overpriced Western wear.

Same exact experience as Shawn Okeefe! My husband ordered a vest for me in November for Christmas 2020. It is now July 2021. We have called and received promises, they have never called us. Still waiting.

Waited for an order and it never came, I did however receive my bill and called to ask the status.  Was told by an arrogant little female that it was delivered by the United States Post Office and my problem was with them. I told her that it was not my problem as I did not ship it and 'what porch it was left on ' that too is questionable.  She basically told me too bad and hung up.Thank God it is on AX and I charged back till I can find someone with some brains and common sense to assist us with this issue.** The idea it is my problem is an interesting position to take, I purchased the item and they say they sent it, the post office says they delivered it and I SAY I DID NOT GET IT.  This is a very small dollar amount and this is the attitude they take?  Keep that in mind when dealing with these people.John J Nazarian
