We are SO happy we booked Marissa to do our engagement and wedding photos! Marissa has such an incredible eye and captured us and our family so beautifully. One of the things I love about Marissa's photography is it feels so natural, and even through her editing process she keeps you looking like yourself. The final product is absolutely breathtaking photos. I cannot stop looking through our wedding sneak peek because it is so gorgeous, and our family and friends all feel the same way. We highly recommend working with Marissa!

W-O-W! If I could stare at my wedding photos from now until eternity it would not be long enough. Marissa perfectly captured our big day and I CANNOT RECCOMMEND HER ENOUGH! Marissa Merrill was fun, personable, and professional from day one. She makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera and that is reflected in her amazing work. I am forever thankful for the dreamiest photos of our wedding and I WITHOUT A DOUBT will be hiring Marissa again in the future.

Marissa and her second photographer (her husband) are AMAZING! Prior to the wedding we were in contact frequently, double checking timeline, talking about photo ideas, and the vibe we were going for - and she executed. She gave great advice, was able to speak from experience and still listened to what I wanted. During the wedding she on time and stayed with the schedule while still being flexible with additional photos that I wanted. When we received the photos we were so impressed! Every single photo is perfect. And for the first time we have group photos and family photos where every one of us looks photogenic - I dont know how she did it! Aside from Marissa being an incredibly talented photographer and photo editor, she is also very kind, fun and professional. She makes her clients feel comfortable - especially for those of us who are not used to posing for a camera. I am so grateful for Marissa Merrill Photography and would 100% recommend her to any couple in the greater Texas area. *Marissa is a DFW photographer, but she photographed my wedding in ATX, so she might be open for some travel!* ** the photos are just screen shots, the actual quality of the photos she gave us are MUCH BETTER**

Marissa and John literally saved my wedding day from start to finish!! From day one of wedding planning nothing went to plan. Originally our wedding was to occur in Austin but due to family issues and COVID our wedding venue changed three times from Austin, to Boise, Idaho, to a small mountain town in Idaho 3 hours from an airport. Every time I call Marissa to ask if the changes would be okay she was the positive support person I needed to ensure me the day would be perfect! Then the day came and to every bride's worse nightmare it was a storming disaster outside with our whole wedding intending to be outside. Marissa and her husband not only took all of our amazing photos but stepped in to help rearrange our house to move the wedding inside and do crisis control. They were a fundamental part in making our day perfect! And with that Marissa knew that all I wanted was epic mountain photos and she definitely delivered that and more!! I would hire her again in a heart beat (and plan to for all future family events)!!
