I was going to give the store a five star until the sales person was giving me a hard time when I tried to use the Tanger outlet 15% off coupon. She was making excuses not to give me the discount and then tells me this time I will give it to you This is so unprofessional. She was very friendly and accommodating when I was looking through the products to purchase but when I had to use the coupon she gave me a hard time I just dont understand why. She lost two stars due to that attitude. Michael Kors did not have problem using the 15% off coupon, In fact the Michael Kors sales person is the one who told me about the 15% off. Where else the fossil sales representative did not even know the special was going on. Nothing wrong with the store, this particular staff need to change her attitude when it comes to giving clients good service, honest service.

I've decided that I like this store. Previously I have purchased my other fossil gear online, but this store is very well priced. And it's really the same stuff that I can get online but much less expensive. My husband got a wallet, and he is just loving it. It's very well made. The staff are amazing, they were very helpful and very patient with my crazy children. I will definitely be shopping here again.
