Metro Pc-Outlet

I bought a laptop from Metro PC. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with it. While the laptop had been used, I was told it had come from a large company who sold it for cheap in order to make room for upgrades. I spent $400 for the laptop. After using the laptop, I discovered that the battery only lasted for a very short time at which time the laptop would shut off without warning. When the laptop would shut off, the battery would show as much as half full. I returned the laptop and Metro PC gave me a new battery. However, the problem persisted. I was told I could only get a refund directly from the owner, John. It took me two months of calling to get in contact with John, at which point he did offer me a refund. I waited two weeks and, seeing no refund check, started calling again. I never got in contact with John again. After another month of calling twice a day, I was contacted by an employee, who told me I must pick up the check at the store. Metro PC is run very unprofessionally and I would be surprised to see the business survive for more than a year.

We currently use Metro PC-Outlet out of North Richland Hills for all of our office networking and computer needs. We are a very busy real estate office and require a lot from our IT guy and he shows up and does the job - from reimaging our computers, saving a hard drive, and setting up an in house server for our back up needs - Metro PC is the place to call. I highly recommend them for personal and business IT support.
