Penske Truck Rental - Closed

Penske rips. After rental was turned in all my charges went through the roof. What they fail to mention when u take your card in to pay is 1.. Yes..the gas tank needs to be filled back (our truck was only 3/4 when we picked up..the. Guy at the office told me that u have to "top the gas off" because the truck have little needle gages that tottle back in forth..so you might "think" its filled up but it isnt..they charged me 8 dollars a gallon..it said 15/16 was turned jn so it was 40$ for gas.... And 2. They also failed to mention that if you have a 2 day rental..whatever time you pick the rental up is the EXACT time u have to have it back that day. So if u pick up at 2pm rental has to be back by 2pm 2 days later. Even tho they close at 6..btw the rental pick up time was even incorrect on my invoice..so for a 2 day rental i got charged 3 days for being 3 hours over the time that i picked up 2 days before..so insurance went from 40 to 60 Truck rental went from 79 to 120 Dolly went from 15 to 35 All that for 3 hours(that they didnt even inform us about) Never again. Still havent got back 150$ deposit
