These people do not have it together. It is a joke. I have purchased many properties never experienced anything like this closing.

I have used Texas Title in Fort Worth several times for my closings and I highly recommend them. Their communication and professionalism is stellar. My Escrow Officer/Assistant, Christi Wallace, is dedicated and will not stop at anything to create solutions and to make sure each loan is closed with accuracy and right on time. Texas Title does deliver!

They couldn't even type up a promissory note correctly. We asked them to correct it twice. This ms. Hernandez or her assistant are very unprofessional. The promissory note said 5 years of interest only either they don't know how to read English or they they need to find another job.

My wife and I decided to refinance due to the low interest rate. Of course any refinancing ends up at a title company to sign the mountain of paperwork. We chose Texas Title as the the title company we wanted to use due to feedback from our mortgage agent. She definitely guided us in the right direction.After the loan was approved, our appointment at the title company was set. We arrive a bit before the appointment and were ushered into one of the "signing" rooms by the company's receptionist. She asked if we wanted anything to drink to ensure our needs were met.Our Texas Title agent, Irene, who we had already talked to on the phone, let us know what documents to bring. The communication we received prior to our appointment was excellent.The signing process with Irene also went perfectly. Yes there was a mound of paperwork to go through; she described each document we were signing and didn't rush us to sign the next one. She asked as we were looking at the document if we had any questions. She was so patient and so professional. The whole process took around an hour.  I highly recommend Texas Title as a title company if you ever need one. They are wonderful!
