I called Southwest Tile and spoke to Bill. He was prompt on his quote. James came over and did excellent working replacing/reusing 15 tile and matched the grout really close. Rest of grout is 18 years old and dirty. Excellent work highly recommend.

I reached out to Southwest tile company to lay some tile in a shower/tub where the drywall had crumbled. Bill came by to take a look at the repair job the drywall man did and he was frank and honest telling me the job was not done correct and it had to be redone. Of course, this is never good news but he showed me how uneven the tile would be and that the drywall might now hold up in the long run. He didn't pressure to redo but taught me about what is the right and wrong backing for tile. When it came time to install, Johnny was the installer and he was simply awesome. The finished job looks wonderful! So happy with the results. You can't tell it was a repair job. Would highly recommend this company! Service: Tile work replacement

I needed to have my shower retiled and grab bars installed. Not only did they do a good job but they were pleasant to work with. They were very careful to make as little mess as possible, cleaned up after themselves every day - even worked on Saturday to get the job finished as quickly as possible.

Southwest Tile Co. not only installed 16 X 32 marbleized porcelain tile beautifully (up to 2500 SQFT), they also repaired a section of previously poorly installed work. Trey and Johnny are ROCKSTARS!...true trustworthy tile setting professional maniacs. All aspects of tile setting mechanics were understood and applied: floor properly scraped for proper adhesion, proper amount of thinnest used for proper adhesion and for leveling highs and lows of concrete...proper prepping of self leveling concrete mix, expert pattern layout. They were well prepared for any situation that arose with proper tools. All work was performed in a timely, clean fashion, and reasonably priced. (previous tile setter violated most of these aspects...at $1.50 sqft...left a nightmare. You get what you pay for. NO comparison between the two)
