Took pump wouldn't prime, motor fine, took it apart, found impeller seal in two parts clogging impeller, replace seal, had enough points in rewards to pay for repair, re-install turn on power, primed twice to back flush and running and pumping fine. Now maybe I can get rid of green that it's been all year. Chemistry has been right on, just couldn't get it clear.

Ordered a spa cover. Tie downs ripped. The cover was still under warranty, but Leslie's Customer Care response was " I apologize that you are running into an issue with your cover. I reviewed the pictures with the factory. Unfortunately the claim has been denied. Ripped handles are typically caused by pulling on the handles when lifting or closing the hot tub or by lifting the cover off when it is buckled down. This is not considered a manufacturer defect." What good are tie downs if they rip when you use them?

Scheduled pool school appointment through Leslies. Appointment booked between 8-12 with a 30 minute call ahead promised. 2 confirmation texts received from Leslies but then no technician turned up and no call to advise of delay. Very disappointed. Poor customer service and care for your time. Do not recommend
