        The young lady who greeted me was extremely kind, very efficient and very courteous . She provided excellent service and provided me with a video of the maintenance they did. Then when they were finished another very efficient and courteous young lady helped me get processed so I could continue with my day.

        I had the good fortune to meet Lauren Miller, Hiley Subaru Service Advisor, today. She guided me through a battery draw analysis very professionally. Here attitude was upbeat and her knowledge impressed me. I will definitely request Ms Miller as my Service Advisor again. She set the bar very high! I have been battling this battery parasitic draw issue for some time and she handled as if it happened every day. I am grateful that I had contacted SOA before arriving for my appointment and received a battery extended warranty to use as compensation for all the services. Nice work SOA and Hiley Subaru!
