My son graduated in 2020, I ordered the $350 plus package with the class ring. I have only received the cap and gown, nothing else. It has been over a year now and I have spoken to the manager probably about 6 times . He was always telling me he would contact me back. I have been very patient and understanding but I will be filling a claim in court now.

My daughter graduated during COVID, so I understand that everything was delayed and chaotic. However, it is July 12,2020 and we still have not received the items from the graduation package we ordered nor have we received answers to the phone messages we have left with this company. I am not the only parent with this problem from my daughter's school. Even the school administration is not getting a response from this company. I would never recommend anyone do business with this company.

I am a 2020 graduate from ehhs i also purchased the 350+ package through this company back in February of 2020. This was before we were informed of the lack of a traditional graduation, and we were going virtual. Here it is January 28th of 2022 and the only thing i received out of the package was the invites and the cap and gown. The last time we (meaning my mom and I) had contact with mr. Patel was September of 2020 when he informed us that the delivery truck that had the rings had broke down somewhere in Oklahoma and the company in charge of the rings will contact one of us. I will reinstate it is now 2022 and they still haven't updated anyone, nor answered anyone's calls. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Really wish you could give zero stars.

They provided the services for my high school graduation and I could not have had a worse experience. To start off, there was no communication from their services as to when we would receive our cap and gowns and even after it was announced we would not have a graduation they would not refund our money. Secondly, the man that was sent to hand out caps and gowns was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I greeted him and he completely dismissed me. Not to mention he seemed to have an attitude and was clearly bothered to do his job. The biggest issue I had was when he asked for my height I clearly stated 57 and it was not until tried it on afterwards that I realized he gave me a 511 gown. The gown was entirely too long and even when he handed it to me he seemed upset to even be there. We had a voluntary ceremony and my gown dragged on the concrete the entire time due to the worker being incompetent and not giving me the correct height. If I could rate zero stars I would. Incredibly negative experience and would never do business with again.
