Avoid this business. I've read more than a few reviews on BBB, etc. of people having very similar experiences that I have had. In Feb I purchased what was to be a new tractor. I live in St. Louis. I asked to see pictures prior to it being shipped. I never got them. Instead, I received a "new" tractor a month later with 30.7 hours on it and clear wear and tear. It also was missing quite a few factory parts. When I called to question this, I was told there was miscommunication on which tractor they shipped me. This one was apparently used in a rodeo for a childrens' charity (or so they told me - 30 hours is quite a bit). Obviously they did not want to incur the cost of shipping it back, so I agreed (reluctantly, and now regrettably) to a $500 refund to help cover the first maintenance cost. They were also to ship me the missing parts. After a month went by with nothing, I contacted them to get an update where I was told there was confusion on who at the dealership was taking care of it. It never got done until I called. I did finally get the check in the mail and was told the parts were ordered. For the last 2 weeks, I've been asking to get an update on the parts and have received no response at all. Update: a year later, I'm still missing parts. Whatever communication there was ceased once the BBB was involved. This place shouldn't be in business.

If you buy a tractor from this company do not leave until you have every attachment. I bought a tractor with a canopy, have been trying to reach them for six months with no return calls or canopy. Mahindra customer service is trying to get everything settled.

I have had tractors repaired and/or serviced there 3 times and each time it has been quick and efficient. No surprises, no delays and fair pricing. All good.

Ben met with me on weekend to allow test drive and discussion of Mahindra 4550, great service, helpful and knowledgeable Manager, very pleased with purchase.

Bought a 2019 Mahindra Tractor here with 88 hours. Paid a $399 fee to make ready which included changing all fluids and filters. Only the oil was changed. Engine overheated, AC stopped working and engine hardly ran due to clogged filters that were never changed. No mobile response team which means taking tractor back to them for repairs or doing it yourself. Nice people there, but service didnt do their job. They say best warranty, but had I brought it back in for AC repairs warranty wouldnt have covered a 2.5 year old tractor. No good and why Im posting this.
