Very unproffessional . my signage was never installed permits expired lost my deposit could never get anyone to answer my phone calls. This was a very bad decision. , out of a sign and money! Would not recommend to anyone

I have called multiple times and emailed multiple times. I work for an ad agency and one of my clients had a banner hanging for 3 weeks and it tore completely. This company will not return my calls or emails. This is after they couldn't meet the deadline they promised as well.

I would give less than one star if I could. My experience was one of frustration for several months with this company. I would like to warn anyone who is shopping around to look elsewhere for their signage needs. The end result was serviceable but the process and endless journey to get there was mind-numbing and grueling. 1. The person I dealt with was incredibly poor at communicating and managing the project. I don't know if she was new or what. Our order and signage process was begun in late June and was placed in early July. I had just acquired a practice and was eager to get my own sign on the building. I asked about a deadline I had and was assured that it may be possible and that I should keep my fingers crossed. Little did I know that was just a boldfaced oversell on their timing. If they tell you a timeframe add 2 months to the timeframe and if you care about having it up anytime close to when you need it look elsewhere. The sign was finally put on just recently in mid-Septembe, MID-SEPTEMBER! Not only is that no where near our target date of July 28th...it is light years behind schedule. All the while I have confused patients and guests of the practice. It for sure hurt my business. 2. Following this debacle of deadline, there was also a lapse in communication in which the person I was working with just vanished for about a month. She was non-responsive to emails and my phone calls were not returned. So that was extremely disappointing. 3. The sign finally gets put up 2 months past deadline and instead of making things right they offer a measly 5% discount. After asking if that's the best they could do, they increased to 10% but the process was frustrating to say the least. Anyways, hope if you take anything away from this, it is to avoid the company. Look elsewhere...
