Cant say from personal experience but from what Ive read on boot repairs cants say I can trust these folks sorry but cant say yall will ever get my business I think Ill stick to cactus jacks in Alvarado

SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE! Avoid this place at all cost! I received the worst customer service ever. I paid for my purse to be repaired and when I picked up my purse only one side of the strap was repaired. And I was told if I wanted both sides of the (one strap handle) fixed - I would have to pay and additional $23. They also didnt go under the lining of my purse - just sewed on top of black lining. LAZY!

Honestly wouldnt be writing this review if customer service wasnt so bad at this location. The lady at the front is plain RUDE. I brought in shoes to get cleaned with minimal stains . New shoes but we spilled something on them and I wanted them cleaned. (I wiped before bringing them in so stains werent too noticeable) I finally come to pick them up, first of all, my shoe laces are missing and the lady tells me to check my car . Lol okay its fine we find them inside the shoes. So i pay, Im leaving so I decide to look at the shoes. Same stains still there. I brought my shoes in looking like new just those little stains, so were my shoes even cleaned? Whatever, I go inside and the lady said there aint no stains.. and we cant guarantee you theyll be perfect. Um what? So she just has an attitude . No apologies no nothing. Just attitude. Since the first time I called to ask for prices she was rude and acted like I should know what I was asking and even chuckled at a question I asked, talking to me as if I was dumb. But I needed the shoes cleaned so I let it go. I came in to the store and she quoted me I dont know. maybe $45 Looking at the reviews Clearly the lady hates her job and everyone that walks in. First and last time we will do business with this place
