I'm so disappointed in this place. My grandmother couldn't get rid of the bedbugs, and she had to throw away furniture more than once. We had to move her out because of how bad these apartments are infested. They actually had the nerve to tell her to sign something saying she will pay 500.00 to them for an exterminator. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Don't do it... Lost every piece of furniture I had to bedbugs. If they tell you they got rid of all them it's nothing but a lie, like they told me. Now at my new place 90 days and no bedbugs. They even rented to a blind man, he don't even know what's bitting him.

I moved in two months ago. When I was going through the process with getting approved for the apartment. Chantel Sanders was my contact person in the office. She was really helpful in the beginning but after getting approve by housing everything changed. She became very snappy, very pushy, just rude at times. I first could call her anytime and if she was not available she would call me back that changed. Duing the approval process I did talk with several risdents who all said the same thing Normandale Place has a roach problem and that was confirmed one visit I was sitting outside the office and I killed at least three roaches. I asked Chantel about them and she just smooth it over with they just sprayed the whole complex that's why they are out. Then miss Chantel became manager and there was one mistake after another. I almost got kicked off housing because there was so many mistakes keeping me from getting approve in time. Then came the management change. The new staff are not very helpful. Now that I am here the problems are just amplified and I have not talk to a resident, "yet" who has not voice some concerns about bedbugs, roaches, safety concerns. All apartments around me has bedbugs, my turn is coming. The issure that so many talk about the safety concerns. I have a condition that leaves me unable to walk at times and I called the staff to tell them I could not walk in case of an emergency or some other reason. The manitence man came with the exterminator wouldn't you know I had mixed feeling about that. I had tried requesting for two months to be put on the list. Well he sprayed and I could not go anywhere. Those of you who's worried about fumes. That's the least of my concern he only spayed spots in the kitchen and as he was getting ready to leave he asked if I needed the restroom sprayed. If I was not there that's all he would have sprayed. Roaches is in every part of the apartment and fumes was never an issured because he didn't spray enough. Well I think I have said enough. I will close on a positive note Where I'm living now beats where I came from! I love all the residents!

I like everything about Normandale Pace apartments. I like the comfortable affordable living, the good people, and good management staff. The improvements to the property. Convenient to grocery stores, banks, and public transportation.
