I submitted my employees Tyrones paystubs straight from my hr system and even made him another one and the same hr payroll system and snappt are denying them. I tried from both of my payroll software , direct pdf to snappt and it still denied. Bad system. I tried with another employee same management , same stubs from my payroll and it went through clean. He offered to go in the office to show the leasing agent his portal where his stubs are and got told by Andrea thats a waste of time and snappt has the final say when in reality the manager has the final say so

So far so good. I've only been here a couple of months though. I chose one of the remodeled apartments. It is really nice. However, I did have an issue with green water the first couple of days. Other than that everything seems to be ok.

Staff is amazing! The three ladies that helped me were phenomenal and the maintenance guy is also great! The application and leasing and tour were easy and great reasonable qualifications. Highly recommend for a first apartment
