We were kept informed at all times of what was happening, and we got a full receipt of what was sold and for how much. We would recommend them highly.

Stephen was handed the most challenging situation. Sell an estate at a time when businesses were closing and gatherings prohibited. He did it in 3 days. Then he arranged to have house cleaned out and trash hauled off. Truly exceptional service.

After eighteen years in a house we loved, we decided to move back to MS where we are from. It was a very stressful time. Steven was a life savior. He did as he promised he would. Staged all the items for sale; price everything; held the three day sale and had a crew come in after the sale to clean out all that didn’t sale for charity. When we came back to our house, it was empty as promised. All we had to do before the closing was to have a cleaning crew come in the next day. And Steven is a nice guy to boot.

Professional and responsive. The biggest advantage of using Sterling Estate Sales is Steven's following of interested buyers. All of my large appliances and even my car were sold weeks before the estate even started. He always responded quickly and was very accommodating to our situation. He provided a list of the items sold for both the pre-sale and actual sale. The whole experience was smooth and easy.

Sterling Estate Sales does a great job at displaying and tagging which makes it easy to shop. Steven is professional and personable. My husband and I regurlay attend his sells and have found wonderful finds and some great deals!
