Kelly closed our house in less than 60 days! we never sold a house before and had to sell a TLC house. It should of been a lot of work on us. Instead, Kelly did all the work in finding local and affordable businesses for repairs, never booked any of them until she heard back from us and finding business that where willing to delay payment until after the house sold! Our house we sold, we also bought from her, was our first house and she knew exactly what to expect, do, say, get ect for newbies. We basically walked in and walked out without ever having to do any work.
