Mike Pannell was the property manager over a duplex we lived in. When we had issues he would either ignore us or send a handyman to fix a problem that should be taken care of by a licensed contractor. When we moved he refused to return the deposit unless we did a complete make ready. He also refused to give us the owners information so we could get the deposit back then locked us out of the system so we could no longer communicate. Eventually we reached the homeowner who said he was never asked about the return deposit. The homeowner sent it the next day. Don’t use this guy for a property manager!!!
