Without a doubt the worst property management company I've ever come across. Emails go unresponded for weeks, there is no sense of urgency in anything they do. It took over 2 months for me to get added to a preexisting lease. Be very wary of using this company, I truly don't know how this page isn't flooded with negative reviews.

Empire Industries are providing an Excellent Services, great team, very friendly and professional. It is very unusual to find someone as conscientious and diligent, as well as honest in the business word these days. They have it all !!! Attention to details will help you to relax and enjoy any transactions. They will go baying that of what the job entails and really look out for your best interests. Renting a house for the first time is a bit of an intimidating process but they made it so much easier with how easy they are to communicate with. Emails were responded to super fast and all questions answered. I'm happy to be working with this company for our new place.

We are currently applying for a rental through empire. Mike seems like a nice guy and has been helpful this far. Application requirements seem pretty extensive tho hopefully they will be able to get us into a home and I can say the whole process was 5 stars!
