Horton Property Service

I've used Horton in the past and was wanting to use them again but, despite following up twice after my initial call wondering when someone would come out, I never heard from them. It's now been 3.5 weeks and I'm not going to beg them to take my business so I give up. I called three other tree services since and have prices from all so we'll go with someone who wants our business - now and in the future.

We have used Horton tree service four times over the last 15 years and every time they have done excellent work! They have always gone above and beyond what we expected Thanks!!

Never will call back to set up appointment to come out. I called them twice. I suggest you stay away from them. Mot reliable at all.

Called them to come out & give me a estimate on removing a tree from my property. They said they was running a little behind & for me to give them 5 days. Two weeks later & still no word from anyone. Horrible customer service. I went with someone else who cares more about getting things done in a more urgent manor.

The two men who came out to Alvarado on CR 517 did fantastic work. They were very kind, responsive and professional. They worked hard and thoroughly.
