Absolute scam!!!!!! Don’t ever do business with this company! They lie and steal your money! On October 23 my Homecare agency was contacted by a woman named Harper Anderson pretending she was working for Denver Health marketing department in Colorado promoting Tote bag campaign. She sounded very convincing that they are gearing up for a promotional event for all Denver Health hospitals and clinics and asked if our company wanted to be featured on give away tote bags for discharged hospital patients. After I provided payment information, I was contacted by their graphic designer who also sounded convincing. The initial payment was $1390.00 for 10,000 tote bags. Two weeks later my credit card gets charged by Print Heads USA for another $1585.00. I immediately contacted my bank to initiate fraud investigation and close my account. When trying to reach this company nobody calls back or answers their phone. I also contacted corporate headquarters of Denver Health hospitals to inquire about the campaign and they never even heard about it. Denver Health fraud prevention team has also initiated investigation of this bogus and fraudulent organization that was misrepresenting one of the biggest hospital chains in Colorado. I will continue posting my outrage on BBB and will get to the bottom of the ongoing investigation. For others: PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!! They rob honest business owners thousands of dollars!

SCAMMERS, PUBLIC BEWARE: I’m a small business owner and what they’ve done is so criminal. I’m working hard daily trying to help the elderly and pay the nursing assistants a decent wage & this company has stolen from me. They pretended to be an advertising company for Cleveland Clinic in our area but it was a complete lie. How do you sleep at night?May everything you’ve ever stolen from me or anyone else be taken from you & your family 100 times more, perhaps then you’ll know how it feels.

SCAM. BEWARE! There is nothing right about them. No real person answers the phone, no one calls back. Sent wrong product . Actually, it was bogus. Nothing they said on phone was the truth. There was no "bag swag" program. Billed twice for $1550. They will continue to bill unless you cancel your credit card. Do not use this company=FRAUDULENT business. I had to give 1 star to post. They don't deserve it!

Update: I have since resolved the issue with this company. It took a lot of my time and they only called after I posted this, BUT I will say they did resolve it and the woman I spoke to was helpful and apologetic. I will leave the original review though as it is factual. I did remove the word "scam" as I don't think this applies, it was just a really severe lack of communication and failure to do the right thing without promptiing. Glad we could get it resolved after 8 months. I got my money back but not the time/effort spent. Wish I would've read these reviews before doing business with Print Heads. They contacted our small home care agency about placing our advertising on tote bags to be distributed by a local hospital, Pearland Regional Medical Center. They were to give these out at events to promote our home care company and other businesses with ads on the bags. We paid $501.51 including tax for a 4" by 11" ad on 12/20/18 with a promise the bags would be delivered no later than February. We were supposed to be sent samples as well. I checked on the bag status in Feb, then March, then April with no response from the company. The original sales representative, Brett Archer, may no longer be with the company, at least he has not responded to numerous messages. So I tried to engage the Graphics Manager I worked with on approving the ad design (don't know name, only email address). This individual said the bags were deliverd in October, which is impossible since I wasn't even contacted until December. Turns out it was a business with a similar name to ours. After that, this inidividual stopped communicating as well--did not respond to emails etc. I've called and emailed the corporate office multiple times, always get voice mail. This is ridiculous. There is no chance the bags were delivered as we put a unique ;hone # on the ad and there have been zero calls. Also the hospital does not have them. This is a total scam. Really frustrted at the lack of communiction and flat out dishonesty exhibited by this company.
