I have been trying to contact these folks, to get an update on the back order as it will be 1 Year, as of May 2015, when the order was placed and there is still about one third of the order that has yet to ship. I have tried calling during and after business hours and the line always seems to be busy. I can appreciate the fact these folks might be a small company that has been around for over 50 years. However, it is never good business to take this long to fill an order. I would say that I have been very patient while waiting for the rest of the items to ship but, even the patience of Job would probably be wearing a little thin at this point. Though I like the booklets I dislike the service and the run around they give, excuses are just that.

Only through email once in a while they responed. And it was as if I was communicating with a child. I waited six weeks and already cashed my check. Unable to get it back. They are the worst case of a back slidden Christian.
