I had a gas line leak in my yard. I was in hysterics when I spoke with Brandy and she said they would get here as soon as they could. They had job in progress that they could not drop. The next day, a Sunday no less, they came to my house and fixed the gas line. This was back when it was cold and my heat is all gas. The day they came out was cold, I heard not one complaint they made sure it was fixed and that I had heat. Brandy and Stacy both came to my house and did the work. Ray said that I needed some more gas lines replaced but that they could wait until I could afford it better. So they came out again and replaced some other gas lines under my house. Neither time was I charged an outrageous amount even for the Sunday emergency visit. They are very professional and kind. Stacy made sure that my hot water heater was lit again and my furnace. They took care of everything and when they covered the trench other than grass being dug up they did not hurt my landscaping. I WILL use them again if I ever need plumbing work. My dog even fell in love with Stacy and he didnt blink and eye when she came over for him to pet her. He is a kind person and does great work.
