        I had a nice experience, Victor was so professional, yet quite friendly. He saw the glasses I was wearing and the first new frame he pulled ended up being my exactly right choice. He knows his business. He helped me get what I needed at the best price too.

        I made an appointment online and was informed itll be $99 for contact lens & glasses exam. I get there and the lady said its $119 which includes an eye exam for next year. I told her Id think about it and just want an exam now, she gave me a mean look. Theres no doctor onsite, everything is virtual. I wish I had known so I wouldnt have made the appointment, I prefer a doctor onsite. During the exam, everything looked the same and there seemed to be a lack of accuracy on the doctors part. I was told initially oh your eye prescription doesnt seem to have changed that much since I brought my glasses with me. I asked the front desk guy if the doctor would be willing to take a look at the prescription again. The doctor never replied, and they promised to call me back when he did. Its been 3 days no phone call, why? All of this because I refused to pay an extra $20 for an eye exam next year. Its highly unprofessional to treat patients like they dont exist if they dont want to buy into your offers/schemes. Please do better and dont make new patients feel uncomfortable!!
