Like another reviewer, we also got our “gift certificate” from a charity auction we attended. They stated the value of 504.00 and what you get for that price is a SINGLE 11x14 photo and that’s it! Then they try to gouge you out of as much money as they can. Doubt we’ll ever hear from them again even though we’re promised the single photo since they said it would take over 6 weeks to deliver it. You can go to Costco and get an 11x14 print for 3 bucks. This is a fly-by-night outfit if there ever was one. No website, no Facebook page, nothing on any social media of any kind. Do a google map search of their address and it’s a little residential house in Fort Worth. They have a C- rating by the Better Business Bureau and it shows. We will be talking to several board members of the charity auction and get them removed from future events so that they cannot use it as a free form of business generation under the guise of being a reputable business. Avoid this place at all costs and find someone reputable if you want quality photography services.
