Alfonso, Edwin, and Carlos did an amazing job with our move. Above and beyond in friendliness and professionalism. And they were fast! Very hard workers. They moved us from house to storage unit and talked over some options before they started and best way to store using furniture mats. They were super about using what we had for furniture protection to save us some money. So thankful we used Bell Brothers. Ryan and Torrie in the office were also fantastic. Very responsive and helpful with my questions. Will definitely be using Bell Brothers when we are ready move out of storage and we will request Alfonso, Edwin, and Carlos.

Most $$$$$$company!!  NOT WORTH IT! They charge $10 per hour EXTRA to use your credit card that they make you give them!!  They charge $20-$40 more than other places, but I thought it would be a fast move.It took 1hour and 55 minutes to move my stuff from one apartment to the next inside the same complex.  BUT they START their time from when they pull up to the building in the truck!So that made the  total time over 2 hours SO THEY ROUND UP TO THE NEXT HOUR!!!  Costs you more!  And even though they have the credit card on file which seems easiest for you the customer, they charge an extra $10 PER HOUR for using the credit card that they made you give them.  Of course this is all hidden "in the wording of the paperwork that I emailed you."They already charge $20-$40 more per hour than anyone else. NOT WORTH IT! Even though the guys that moved us were kind, clean, honest and hard workers. Kudos to the guys actually doing the work. (3 stars for the 3 guys that worked.)
