I paid almost $200 for 2 nights, do not believe the pictures you see because its not this location! We got off the elevator and were in absolute disgust. The halls were FILLED with trash and debris and dust from renovations. They put us in a room literally filled with buckets and paint and all kinds of crap, see pic below. Obviously we asked for another. This room was next door to the first, on the same nasty hallway, it was disgusting, dirty, bugs everywhere, wasnt swept, the bathroom was horrible, the window curtains were half way hanging on the windows. I could go on trust me. It was awful! We left because my kids have asthma and theres no way they could stay there. We asked for a refund and the girl at the front desk just kept hanging up on me instead of fixing the issue. Then she apologized for hanging up on me about 4 times now and still hung up on me after saying sorry! After I called again, she acted like I had the wrong number and like it wasnt Motel 6 At this point I was furious and called corporate customer care where they gave me a claim number and claimed to have talked to the front desk girl and gave me a refund. Ill believe it when I see the money back in my account, which I havent yet.

Terrible area. Dirty rooms no mid service for 3 nights . Ppl knocking on the window next to me all night. Good place fmtontaje a working girl . Thats about it. Skip this place

Bad decision coming here! I have acid reflux and went to the vending machines for a cold drink, none of them take quarters so I went to the front desk and he said that he couldn't spare $2 or even a $1 to exchange my quarters because its for other customers, yet its 6am and im the only one standing here now. I said that really sucks i guess my money is for another motel and started to walk off when he got mad and came after me asking what room I'm in and to get out now. This place has some serious issues with its staff smh!!! Tell me you need therapy without telling me .
