WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I concur with the 2 prior complaints. Was sent a medication neither my Dr or I authorized, continued to trying to send the same med over & over, & OVER AGAIN. Delay in shipping caused me to run out of my RX, offered to refill at local pharmacy @ no charge but when I went to pick it up there was a $20 charge; & the list goes on, & on, & on...... unfortunately I have no alternative but use them although I have made several formal complaints to the HR department where I work. I'd rather have hot pins poked in my eyes than have to call this company with a problem.....

This is by far the least competent company to which I have ever been subjected. The company seems to have no method of internal communication and refuses to seek help when a solution should not be difficult. The management and customer service of this company are unacceptable and I would not wish to subject anyone to the frustration this company has directly afflicted to my family and myself.

Twice in recent weeks, we have had miscues on the part of this mail order pharmacy specifically charging us for medications that we did not want nor did not order. The most recent experience relates to a premium brand being recommended by the doctor to Express Scripts at a cost of $225.00 for a ninety day supply, We caught the error and corrected Express Scripts, selecting a generic alternative recommended by them at a 90-day cost of $23.00. When we checked our debit account, we found that their representative did not do as they said the would, but rather changed the med they recommended costing us $219.00. When we called and told them the date, time a and name of their representative and the course of original action she recommended, they still refused to refund our money and blamed the issue on Medicare. These people are not to be trusted and their word means nothing to those of us who monitor and try to manage our health care costs.
