Amazing customer service! We needed to transport my mother via stretcher from Dallas to Austin same day on a Friday. Most companies require 24 hour advance notice and most were unable to transport until Monday. We reached out to Medixcar and they were able to accommodate us same day, they gave us a very fair price, were on time, and they took great care of my mother on the 3 1/2 hour trip. I asked Mashel if they could let me know when they picked her from the hospital and not only did I get that text but also got one when she had safely arrived at the receiving facility. If we ever need non-emergency medical transport again, we will definitely use them. They were great all the way around and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We needed transport of a wheelchair patient back to her facility last night....the facility could not send a van to pick her up...the other 2 places I called had no interest in helping us get her home. I called Medixcar who immediately stepped in to call her facility check on her status, then call me back with a solution. Within 20 minutes (and this is now after 6:00 pm) they arrived to pick her up and take her home to her facility. They were amazing. I so appreciate their assistance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and in fact, have notified our social workers they are a preferred transport service.
