HORRIBLE!! I made a telehealth appointment and was never called beforehand by the ma to start the appointment when I tried to call to see what was going on the lady said they called but I didnt answer which is not true! I told the lady no one had called me and she said all I could do was wait for a call back so I did wait and no one ever called. How can I miss a call I never got??? Safe to say Im never making an appointment here again!
