        I will never use this company again to order my products. I specifically stated that date I needed my 400 flashlights that were to be engraved for a company 50th anniversary. They were not sent on that date. When I contacted customer service, I was informed by the rep that they had tried to email to discuss the order to me at a very old email address (not the one I listed on the order form) and because they received no response, the order was put on hold. This order was in the amount of $1,200.00. Now I have to receive the flashlights without the engraving in order to get them before the party. Will never use this company again!!
