Chase Auto Finance

I rate Chase below zero , My daughter paid off her leased car, and they can't send out a new registration, this has been on going, and now into week 4. It has been one excuse after the other. No car, but Chase has the money. I suggest that no one leases or has dealings with Chase

THEY CONTINUE TO ACT AS IF THEY CANT FIND CHECKS FOR PAYOFFS. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO FINANCE A CAR WITH.

Absolutely agree with everyone else leaving reviews. I sold my Tesla that was financed with Chase, the buyers bank sent the pay off check overnight to Chase, it has been a week and Chase cannot tell me anything about it despite giving them the check number, tracking number and who received and accepted the check. It has been escalated twice and they say it will be two weeks before it can be looked at or maybe processed by then. I have called multiple times and the buyer has a loan now and no vehicle. I cannot move forward with my new car purchase because this debt has be cleared first before my bank issues me a loan. This has been the most frustrating experience. It doesn't help that each time you call, you're on hold for 30 minutes - 1 hour.

The most difficult institution I ever leased with a car. Everyone is so rude. The phone system is horrible and the customer representatives are rude and like robots

Seriously done with chase. PLEASE LISTEN.. DO NOT FINANCE YOUR CAR WITH CHASE !! I am currently refinancing and my other lenders sent chase a check on the 9th and they received it on 14th and I have the tracking number and everything proofing & stating that they received and signed for that check. Tell me why its been over 2 weeks and the check never processed through!!! My lenders tell me it takes 5-10 days for a check to clear and it still hasnt. Im back n forth with chase telling me that they need a copy of the check and tracking number so I give them that information and still nothing. They have the check but are asking for proof of the check ?!?! Makes no sense to me!!!! I can chase basically everyday now for an update. I just want to move along and forget about this company but they wont let me do that.. very very frustrating
