If I could I would give no stars! Part of a bachelorette party and we paid for and signed a contract with a different company who knowingly overbooked themselves then sent us to MBEG behind our backs. The party bus was nice and big, had places for drinks and whatnot. While on our way to our night out in Dallas we broke down in the middle of 30!  Apparently the owner knew this bus had mechanical problems and still let us take it out. The owner mentioned another bus was near by about "15 mins" away and they would come pick us up. Well about 45 mins goes by and the bus finally picks us up. It was smaller, dirty, and the AC didn't work! The driver also didn't say a single word to us. By the time we were picked up it was too late to go to any bars or clubs. So our planned bachelorette night was ruined! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our party bus arrived late, broke down on the side of the highway, and brought us home early. Our original contract was with Vegas To Go Party Bus Rental/Party Party Bus but they voided our contract without notifying us and passed us on to this company. We didn't find out about this change until we spoke to the owner, Sheldon. During our conversation, Sheldon disclosed that he knew the bus needed maintenance but we were still picked up by that bus. When we got a replacement bus it felt like we had downgraded. The bus was smaller, dirtier, and the AC wasn't working. Luckily, we received a partial refund! We're still asking for our security deposit from the other guy but I'm sure we won't get it. My advice, go with a different company.

This service was amazing for prom. Honestly I didn't see anything wrong with the time provided. Everything went smoothly
