Terrible experience. This place deserves 0 stars. I would never recommend this to anyone after the experience I just had. I had called ahead to see if he did jewelry cleanings and he said yes but it was $10 a piece. So I take a chain and ring and he told me it would take about 15 min. Then 15 min later he goes to the back to grab the piece then walks towards us with the jewelry pieces COMPLETELY tangled together!! And instead of apologizing or fixing it without letting me know he has the nerve to ask, “do you want to untangle this? I know some people enjoy doing that” Are you kidding me!? He was so unprofessional. Anyone else with professionalism would have apologized. I told him it was his mistake and that he needed to fix it. Then after several minutes later he has the nerve to ask for me to pay! Instead of recognizing his error and lack of professionalism. Take responsibility for your mistake.Then he tells me, “well I did the job” which my response was “incorrectly”. I couldn’t wait being in that store another minute longer so I paid so I could just get out! The place is disgusting. There were cigarette buds on the floor. Dust everywhere. I should have never gone to that place, but new to the area and it was the closest jewelry place and I figured how could a so called “jeweler” mess up a cleaning. Buyer beware. You have been warned. Update: forgot to add that he DAMAGED my Rolex watch. Which he claimed he could repair. He could not even open the watch. He had no idea what he was doing. Instead he damaged my watch trying to open it. He claims it is a fake but it is authentic. Don’t waste your time going to this place. It’s a dump and I should not have even entered that place but I try to support local. Very unfortunate. Then he replied and does not take responsibility for his actions, behavior, and damage he caused to the pieces.
