Digital​ Alchemy is my employer. We provide award winning and industry leading CRM services to top tier holtels, spas, and resorts. On a personal note, I love working here. It is very employee-centric place to work. Moreover, a primary task in recruiting talent is to select applicants who are a good fit for our company culture and workplace milieu. They value thrir employees, bestow large amounts of trust, and support a cooperative and team-focused work environment. They reward initiative, encourage personal development, provide excellent training resources, and sre dedicated to making sure I have the tools I need to be successful and productive. It's also a fun place to work. Last fall we had several theme days during football season. One was camouflage and another was super heroes. Not only fun, it's an affirming place to work It is the only place I've worked that celebrated my birthday by decorating my workspace.
