        Service and friendliness was great at first... when all I needed was to renew my policy. But when I actually needed to revise my policy at a non-renewal time, I could not get anyone to help and the only person that could assist would not return my calls or emails. At this point I cancelled by defaulting on payment as I could not reach anyone. Now I am being billed extra by the 3rd party for missing payment. I do not recommend.
