This guy is great. I have had three policies with him and the last two took maybe 5 minutes to set up. Rates are good. I'd recommend him highly to anybody.

My wife called and emailed Bruce to cancel insurance several times with no response from Bruce. We had bundled our insurance with our homeowners,so it was saving us money. We received another bill from farmers so I called Bruce myself to inform him myself. I finally got an answer at his office and he got very crappie with me and hung up on me. To add insult to injury we just received a collection notice because of his handling of the situation. Very poor customer service on his part.
