Worst cleaning service ever and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I decided to use them for a move out cleaning based on the reviews. I deeply regret it now and have been wondering how authentic the good reviews are. We were trying to list our rental property on the market amd needed a professional move out clean. I was quoted nearly $500 ($475) for a move out clean which I had no issues paying. However, the service and quality of work for that amount was absolutely pathetic. Seems like because we werent actually living in the house at the time we got taken advantage of. So with this company what we got for that price was basically vacuumed carpets and light dusting of baseboards and nothing else. I was hoping by the time the company was done with cleaning it would be move in ready because we live an hour away and couldnt keep going back and forth. When we looked at the house (after supposed clean) it was an absolute mess. The bathrooms were untouched. I was absolutely horrified and saved photos to prove it. None of the bathrooms were cleaned, there was dirt and dust in the bathtubs, counter tops and floors. The toilets were dirty and had not been touched. The stove and oven were absolutely filthy and had not been touched either. The kitchen counters had not been cleaned. My husband and I were furious and ended up trying to clean the dirty stove with baby wipes that I had left in my bag as we needed the house ready and lived an hour away and did not want to make yet another trip. Ultimately, we had to drive back and bring our own cleaning supplies to clean what this company should have. All in all I wouldnt even give this company one star if possible. We were basically scammed out of our money. I dont mind paying for good quality work but this wasnt it. Save your money and go elsewhere especially if youre looking for a move out clean to list your home on the market. If you cant be there to supervise the work do not use them. I have an honest and kind cleaning lady who was unavaible that day and her basic clean for way less is so much better than this companys move out clean. What a scam. I even tried contacting her after to get her to resolve the issue and sent her photos of all the dirt and mess. She decided to be completely unprofessional and stop responding. I waited several days to see if shed do something about it before I left this review and she didnt. She decided to ghost a client after taking the full payment. Edited to respond to reply: not only was there poor service but now lies. The agreement was a move out clean which means everything should be cleaned and spotless. I didnt need to pay someone nearly 500 to clean baseboards and vacum. The painters had finished and the cleaning happened after (obviously). The issue is the fact that the agreement was not honored and a move out clean was not done but that is what we were charged for. The photos speak for themselves and any client who just paid nearly $500 knows this job isnt even worth $50. Thats all. You honor an agreement and dont ghost clients after taking their money. Had the issue truly been corrected this review wouldnt be on here.

My wife hired this company to clean one of our rental properties that we were listing on the market. It was one of the worst move out cleanings Ive been ever seen. She charged us $475 for a cleaning job I could have done so much better. My wife and I spent at least a couple hours cleaning all the areas this company missed including the stove, toilets, inside windows, and bath tubs. When confronted about this poor experience, Niki would not return texts or phone calls. When choosing a cleaning company, please choose anyone but this one. I love this company I have had others clean this very old tub and I physically can not scrub it like it needs to be. But, I researched places and I love that they do exactly what is needed the owner Nicki is a joy to talk to. Cam, one of her employees came and got that tub cleaned and I will tell you it so needed it. Yall, have made my day!!!! Excellent work!
