Absolutely GREAT as always!! I have used them for almost 5 years. I get the same girls every 2 weeks. They are so friendly and nice!! We love the girls!!

Management changed my cleaning crew and the service was awful. In addition, instead of spending the entire time ( 2 ppl for 3 hours -6 hrs total) the 2 people only stayed for one hour ( 2 hours total - 4 hours short) Called to complain and the owner agreed instead of sending them right back out to do a re-clean, they could come two weeks later and two people would spend 2 hours (4 hours total) only cleaning the down stairs (less than 1/2 of the original area) but then charged me full price for the original terrible clean that was short 4 hours but also charged me for the return clean. When I called about the double charges they refused to fix it. Keith and Ester are definitely not ethical or professional so wont be using them again! I used Maid Brigade for the good part of 12 years. I even kept them on during covid, gave them bonuses as well as gifts. Recently I noticed things missing. What caught my attention was two bowls and their tops I've had for 20 years disappeared. I saw one young lady washing them and normally they would lay wash dishes on the counter. They are nowhere to be found. Also I have a block stove top. There was a smudge on it and one of the cleaners wiped it only making it worse. Then they left. They thought so little of me that they could not, would not take the time to clean it. I can't continue using them. Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean
