We came to the hotel after a 5 hour drive from Louisiana. We got there around midnight and wasn’t able to check in until 12:30 AM. We walked in the room and it was disgusting, the microwave didn’t work and the drawers were broken. The tub was severely stained. We walked out around 12:35 AM and turned the key in to Holly at the front desk and let her know that we wouldn’t be staying and was going to another hotel. I called the next morning and Lisa, the manager, stated that she would not be giving us a refund because we stayed at the hotel until 6:07 AM the next day. When I tried to show her that I had proof we didn’t stay there including video footage and my check in time to the other hotel, she said “Holly would have told me this so you not getting a refund.” Please don’t stay at this hotel, she was very rude and unprofessional.

The rooms smell like smoke and the rooms were not clean. Normally comfort suites are great but this one is terrible and I will not be coming back.

The fat racist lady at the front Desk needs to befired. This whole place is full of Miserable employees. Don't stay here
