        This is a wonderful and historic hotel. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We would return, even though there we a few things that we wished were different regarding their food vouchers, especially as a diamond member.

        I was so disappointed by the service at this hotel. From not stocking the bathroom with soap, to not providing me with hot water in any form so I could feel better from a cold, to experiencing the shower faucet some unstuck from the wall, and the lack of general customer service, I will never stay at this hotel again.
